Refund policy
Effective Date: 1st June 2025
At Voice of Prophecy, offered by Brentwood Drive Seventh-day Adventist Church, our goal is to provide spiritually enriching resources and Bible study experiences to help individuals grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Most of our content is offered free of charge as part of our ministry outreach.
However, in cases where donations, digital products, or physical items are involved, the following refund policy applies:
All Bible lessons available on https://voplessons.org are offered free of charge. As such, there are no payments involved, and therefore no refunds are applicable for access to lesson content.
If you have made a donation and believe it was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and process a refund if the donation was unintentional or made due to a technical error.
Note: We may not be able to issue refunds for donations that have already been used in ministry operations or after the 7-day window.
If we offer downloadable or digital resources for a fee:
All sales of digital products are final.
No refunds will be given once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective or inaccessible.
If you experience issues with a digital product, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If we offer books, DVDs, or other physical materials for sale:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
